Free shipping
Free standard shipping is provided for all Australian deliveries of 3 or more pairs of socks and all International deliveries of 4 or more pairs of socks.
Flat rate standard shipping
For all other orders, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $13 (AUD) for Australian deliveries, and $15 (AUD) for International deliveries.
Flat rate international express shipping
Flat rate international express shipping is available to New Zealand for $33 (AUD), and Rest of the World for $45 (AUD).
Dispatch time
We want you wearing Madder socks as soon as possible. All orders will be packed and dispatched within one business day of your order being placed.
Packaging
We want your socks arriving looking their best. All socks will be sent enclosed in a tough Madder mailer, as well as each pair being in their own clear bag.
Australian deliveries
We ship Australia wide. Please check and double check your address and contact details. Expect deliveries to be made during normal business hours.
Australian packages will be shipped via Australia Post Express Post.
International deliveries
We ship worldwide. Please check and double check your address and contact details. Expect deliveries to be made during normal business hours.
Your purchase may be subject to import duties and tax when arriving in your country. We have no control and accept no responsibility for additional overseas charges. Additional overseas charges are at the customers expense.
International standard packages will be shipped via DHL eCommerce.
International express packages will be shipped via DHL Express.
